Overview

  • Diagnose and repair desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and other computer-related devices.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and update operating systems and software applications.
  • Replace or repair components such as hard drives, memory, screens, and power supplies.
  • Perform routine maintenance, system cleanups, and performance optimization.
  • Set up new equipment and ensure proper connectivity to networks and peripherals.
  • Document repairs, parts used, and service details accurately.
  • Provide friendly, easy-to-understand support to users.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety procedures.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience repairing computers and related technology (diagnostics, part replacement, software troubleshooting).
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux).
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and accurately.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment when needed.
