Statesville, NC • Monday–Friday • $15.00–$18.00/hr
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Lab/QA Technician to join our quality team and support daily laboratory operations. This role is perfect for someone with strong initiative who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to support multiple areas of production as needed.
What You’ll Do
- Perform daily lab testing, quality checks, and documentation.
- Support QA processes and ensure products meet company standards.
- Assist in additional production areas as needed (such as sandwich room, cleaning, general support tasks).
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all QA, safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Work closely with the QA Lead to complete testing, reporting, and special projects.
- Stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for most of the workday.

Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual required (English/Spanish).
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to work on your feet for long periods.
- Comfortable working in different departments as needed.
- Basic computer, reading, and documentation skills.
- Previous lab, QA, or manufacturing experience preferred—but not required for strong candidates.
