Overview
This position is responsible for accurately moving, storing, and organizing inventory to ensure efficient order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is a dependable team player who is flexible, safety-conscious, and eager to learn. OVERTIME MANDATORY
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Move materials and inventory within the warehouse using pallet jacks or other equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts as needed.
- Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Learn and adapt to new processes, systems, and technologies as the operation evolves.
Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse or distribution experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts or overtime as needed.
