Overview
The Shrimp Packer is responsible for sorting, weighing, packing, and labeling shrimp products in a cold storage environment. This position ensures that all seafood products are handled according to company quality standards, food safety regulations, and customer specifications.
Skills and Experience
- Ability to work in cold temperatures (protective gear provided)
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Previous experience in seafood or cold storage is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
