Are you reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking a dedicated Spinner to join our production team. In this role, you’ll play an important part in operating and monitoring spinning-frame machines to produce high-quality yarn that meets customer standards.
You’ll ensure machines run smoothly by checking for alarms, cleaning spin boxes, and performing basic maintenance throughout your shift. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and taking pride in keeping machines running efficiently.
No prior textile experience is required training is provided for motivated candidates who are eager to learn.

What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator/Spinner:
- Monitor and operate spinning‐frame machines to produce yarn packages meeting customer specifications.
- Patrol assigned machines in regular intervals (e.g., every ~30 minutes) checking for alarm lights (yellow/red) and respond accordingly.
- Clean the spin box and perform basic maintenance tasks (e.g., brush out waste/lint from machines) to ensure smooth operation.
- Manage creeling process (feeding sliver into the machine) and ensure minimal waste, proper disposal of scrap, and efficient run‐out of tubes.
- Keep the work area clean: dispose of waste properly, sweep floors, remove debris, keep elevated parts functioning.
- Report any unsafe conditions, equipment faults beyond your scope, or any issues to shift supervisor immediately.
- Keep basic records of issues and machine performance as required.
- Adhere to all safety rules, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and work within a team to meet production goals.
Skills and Experience
- Previous manufacturing or machine‐operation experience is a plus but not always required.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods (12-hour shifts in many cases), able to lift up to ~50 pounds.
- Good hand–eye coordination, ability to learn and perform scheduled procedures independently.
- Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment, maintain cleanliness, adhere to safety and quality standards.
