What You'll Do as a Material Handler:
- Keep the stockroom running smoothly by picking parts by hand, transporting orders, and participating in inventory counts.
- Read pick tickets to pull correct parts.
- Use RF Scanners for order picker
- Utilize industry-standard AS400/Ultriva systems to locate parts, manage shipments, and ensure everything is accounted for.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring parts are properly labeled and easily accessible.
- Be a team player, following safety protocols, and contributing to a positive work environment.
Skills and Experience
The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Warehouse experience and order picking
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- A strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to safety
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, or repeatedly carry 50 lbs.
