Medical Assembly - Plymouth

Schedules (Contract and Contract to Hire)
1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Thursday 
Weekend Shift: 4:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday-Sunday 

Assembly Operator II:
• Assemble precision medical device components 
• Operate specialized equipment in a cleanroom or controlled environment 
• Follow detailed work instructions and adhere to strict quality standards 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area 
• Replace belts and dials
• Must be comfortable using calipers and microscopes 

Supply Chain Support:
• Run reports
• Track jobs scheduling and communicate with floor managers on changes
• Enter accurate inventory cycle counts into ERP system
• Dispense shop orders to the manufacturing floor
• Pick orders to deliver to work center
• Lifting up to 55lbs
• Computer knowledge

Medical Device Inspector:
• Perform activities such as receiving, inspection, packaging, labeling and quality testing 
• Inspects manufactured tubes and supplied materials for conformity to standard, specifications, and processing requirements 
• Perform visual and tactile inspections for flaws and gels 
• Take accurate measurements using various inspection equipment such as ruler, micrometer, height gage, pin gauge and vision system 
• Ensures equipment is calibrated and within tolerance 
• Assist extrusion technician by performing on-line inspection during production 
• Assist with the filing of production and quality documentation
