What You'll Do as a Material Handler:
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Assist with deliveries and warehouse organization
- Communicate effectively with teammates and customers in person and by phone
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- Follow all safety rules and warehouse procedures
- Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous warehouse experience with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Strong math skills and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and safety
- Dependable, team-oriented, with good attendance
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, climb, and lift 50 lbs. (team lift for heavier items)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a winning team
