Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing product listings across platforms like Amazon, Shopify, and the company website
• Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate order processing, shipping, and inventory updates
• Track online sales performance and prepare basic reports
• Collaborate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth order flow
• Support promotional campaigns and digital marketing efforts
• Troubleshoot issues related to listings, pricing, or customer service
Requirements
• Some experience in online sales, e-commerce, or customer service preferred
• Familiarity with platforms such as Amazon, eBay, or Shopify is a plus
• Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools
