This role oversees the maintenance and repair of trucks, trailers, and roll-offs while managing fabrication and welding operations across the facility.

This role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and servicing of a company's fleet of trucks, trailers, rolloffs to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations. This role is also responsible for all welding activities and fabrication for equipment throughout the facility. This role involves managing a team of technicians, coordinating maintenance schedules, and implementing cost-effective strategies to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.

Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in fabrication, welding, or fleet maintenance (2+ in leadership)
- Strong mechanical and fabrication knowledge
- Familiarity with DOT and OSHA safety standards
- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
