As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly by performing repairs and preventive maintenance on a wide range of stationary and mobile equipment—including hydraulic systems, balers, compactors, conveyors, and light-duty trucks. Your expertise helps ensure equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably to meet daily production demands. - 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM

What You'll Do as an Industrial Maintenance Technician:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools, manuals, and technical expertise.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on hydraulic, brake, transmission, and electrical systems.
- Service and overhaul motors, gearboxes, blowers, pumps, and conveyor belts.
- Read and interpret vehicle condition reports (VCRs) and work orders.
- Document repairs, parts usage, and time entries accurately.
- Maintain daily logs on fuel, oil, and operating hours for fleet management.
- May assist with basic facility maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
