Overview
We are hiring experienced Pipe Welders to join our team in building high-quality water vessels for a reputable local company. This role involves reading blueprints, preparing materials, and welding piping systems to precise specifications. Pay: $23.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: Full-Time | 54 Hours/Week
- Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:45 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:45 PM
- Saturday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG and MIG welding on pipes and fittings for water vessels
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
- Fit, tack, and weld piping components using appropriate welding techniques
- Inspect welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of pipe welding experience (preferably in vessel or structural fabrication)
- Proficient in TIG and/or MIG welding
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
