You will become an essential member of our operation, turning plastic scrap into high-quality recycled material. What You’ll Do as an (Job Title):
- Operate a plastics recycling extruder to produce pellets from extruded plastic.
- Operate a densifier and roll cutter.
- Drive a forklift for machine loading.
- Setting up and adjusting machines for production runs.
- Monitoring machine operations to ensure quality output, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during production.
- Maintain cleanliness in the plant and handle trash disposal when necessary.
Skills and Experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous forklift experience required.
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
