What You'll Do as a Production Operator: You’ll play a key role in creating high-performance components that keep vehicles safe and reliable worldwide. Operate and maintain machining, assembly, injection, and welding equipment safely and efficiently Perform daily inspections and preventative maintenance on machines Meet and exceed daily production and quality goals Complete visual inspections and use gauges to ensure 100% quality standards Communicate with teammates across shifts to keep production flowing Keep your work area clean and safe at all times Support shop floor management, safety activities, and team meetings
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate: Experience in manufacturing, machining, CNC, or assembly High School Diploma or GED (must provide documentation) Ability to pass a skills assessment Basic computer skills Reliable work history and attention to detail Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs., with good vision and mobility to safely perform production tasks
