Overview
We are seeking a reliable Adhesive Coating Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate and monitor an adhesive coating line, working across various stations, including the carrier unwind, liner unwind, slot die coater, and rewind station. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and contributing to a team-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production specifications
- Monitor and operate equipment to ensure safe, efficient production
- Load raw materials and unload finished products using hoists and lifting tables (no manual heavy lifting)
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks
- Accurately complete paperwork, labeling, and quality system documentation
- Visually and physically inspect materials to meet quality standards
- Support safety, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform cleaning operations as specified in Adhesive Coating SOP
- Work collaboratively to meet production schedules and solve problems quickly

Skills and Experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, machine operation, or coating environment preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and maintain accurate documentation
- Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages, metric system)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training may be provided)
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
