Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Automotive parts Assembler to join our manufacturing team. Teammates will be responsible for the precise and efficient assembly of automotive components, ensuring all products meet our high-quality standards and production quotas. This role requires excellent manual dexterity, a strong focus on quality, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble various automotive components using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Inspect parts and finished products for defects and compliance with quality specifications.
  • Perform quality checks and tests on assembled units.
  • Operate and maintain assembly equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Document and report production data, including completed units, scrap, and quality issues.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly role, preferably in the automotive or a related industry.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints and work instructions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills:

  • Manufacturing experience preferred. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
