Overview
Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and closing sales primarily through phone, email, and virtual meetings. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers find the right solution. Key Responsibilities: Proactively engage with leads via phone, email, and online meetings to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified leads, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers. Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to follow up on campaigns and inbound inquiries. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Build strong customer relationships to drive retention and referral business. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
