● Production and Processing — Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control,
costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
● Basic language skills – Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence,
and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one
and small group situations, to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
