What you'll do as: Order Selector
- Walking 10-20 miles a day
- Work in a fast-paced environment and hitting quotas
- Picking and packing orders for shipment
- Using an RF scanner
- Follow directions from supervisors and leads
- Abide to all rules and regulations on a daily basis
Skills and Experience
The preferred candidate might:
- Experience in fast-paced work environments
- Experience in non-climate controlled settings
- Experience with RF scanner
- Experience in order picking and packing
- Ability to speak both English and Spanish
- Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs consistently throughout the day
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Ability to stay on your feet and walk up to 20 miles a day
- Ability to stay positive at all times and work well under pressure
