Diesel Mechanic

Overview

  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair trucks and support equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, including oil changes and tire rotations.
  • Repair systems such as brakes, steering, electrical, hydraulics, and drivetrain.
  • Test vehicles, document repairs, and keep equipment and the shop in good condition.
  • Follow safety procedures and work with the team to keep vehicles ready for service.

Skills and Experience

  • At least 2 years of diesel mechanic experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in a shop environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • ASE Diesel Certification preferred.
