Skills and Experience
What You'll Be Doing
- Operating heavy equipment with grapple and magnet attachments.
- Lifting, sorting, moving, and loading scrap metal.
- Loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently.
- Performing daily equipment inspections.
- Maintaining a safe and organized work area.
- Working alongside yard personnel to keep operations moving.
What You MUST Bring
- Previous hands-on grapple magnet operating experience is REQUIRED.
- Experience operating heavy equipment in a scrap yard, recycling facility, or similar industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of equipment safety and operating procedures.
- Excellent attendance and dependability.
- Ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment.
- Attention to detail and awareness of your surroundings.
