Overview
We are seeking an experienced and certified Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Los Indios, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to move, load, unload, and organize materials throughout the warehouse while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Skills and Experience
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport warehouse materials.
- Move, stack, and organize pallets and inventory in designated areas.
- Assist with receiving, shipping, and warehouse distribution activities.
- Load and unload trailers and delivery trucks.
- Inspect forklift equipment before each shift and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Valid forklift certification required.
- Previous forklift operating experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
