Qualifications & Experience
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or material handling experience is a plus but not required for all positions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Dependable attendance, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills may be required for inventory, auditing, and e-commerce support positions.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow established safety and quality procedures.
- Previous forklift operating experience is strongly preferred for the Forklift Operator position. Any required operator training and evaluation must be completed in accordance with applicable safety requirements.
- Willingness to learn new processes and contribute to a fast-paced warehouse operation.
