- Pay Rate of $19 to $21 hourly (based on experience)

-Schedule:
- 2-2-3 rotation (rotates every 3 months)
- 12-hour shifts with weekend flexibility
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
What you'll do as: Extrusion Technician
- Ordering materials
- Loading and changing raw materials
- Troubleshooting and maintaining machines
- Performing quality audits
- Completing required paperwork
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might Have:
- 1–3 years of experience in plastics manufacturing
- Hands-on background in Blown Plastic Film or working with Polyethylene materials (e.g., trash bags or plastic bag production)
- Strong basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs daily and perform physically demanding tasks
