What you'll do as: Assembly Shift Lead
- Plan and assign work to production employees.
- Direct and coordinate assembly activities.
- Monitor production operations and control workflow.
- Implement production policies and procedures.
- Recommend improvements to methods, equipment, and working conditions.
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Experience supervising employees in a manufacturing environment.
- Background in production planning and work assignment.
- Knowledge of assembly processes and production workflows.
- Experience implementing workplace policies and procedures.
- Ability to identify and recommend operational improvements.
