What You’ll Do as a Batch Table Operator:
- Operate batch table equipment to prepare, process, and size candy mass according to batch specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor production machinery and batch temperatures to ensure consistent texture, appearance, and product output.
- Perform routine quality checks and inspect finished products for defects or non-conformities.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work station following strict food safety and GMP guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with production team members and line leads to maintain smooth workflow and meet daily targets.
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous experience in machine operation, batch processing, or food manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with an understanding of quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-climate controlled environment and meet physical requirements, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and reliability with flexibility to work overtime during peak production seasons.
