B Shift: Mon-Thur 6PM - Finish (Latest 5:30AM)
C Shift: Fri-Sun 6AM - Finish (Latest 5:30PM)
D Shift: Fri-Sun 6PM - Finish (Latest 5:30AM)
*Must be Flexible & able to work 6 days per week*
*Pay varies by schedule*
- Analyzes and diagnoses equipment problems and breakdowns
- Recommends the correct service and repair actions to resolve equipment performance problems
- Makes appropriate equipment repairs or modifications to solve operating and performance problems as dictated by the analysis of the equipment
- Performs scheduled equipment maintenance
- Follows all scheduled maintenance procedures and policies as dictated by the company
Key Responsibilities:
- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Executes scheduled maintenance on equipment, including conveyors, sorters, and carton erectors.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnoses and repairs mechanical and electrical failures (switches, motors, sensors).
- Safety Compliance: Ensures all work meets OSHA, city, and federal codes; adheres to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Documentation: Records maintenance activities and work orders in SAP or similar maintenance software.
- Facility Support: Performs general facility repairs (carpentry, lighting, plumbing) and maintains work areas.
Skills and Experience
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Commitment to safety and cleanliness in the workplace
- Conveyor experience, automated systems experience, electrical experience a plus, mechanical experience and have experience using hand tools.
