What You’ll Do in Available Positions:
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment.
- Load and unload materials while keeping work areas organized.
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment when qualified.
- Assemble products, package materials, and support daily production goals.
- Operate machinery and power tools according to job requirements and safety procedures.
- Inspect products for quality and report defects or inconsistencies.
- Assist with inventory, shipping, receiving, and other warehouse or manufacturing tasks.
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or material-handling experience is a plus.
- Forklift certification or hands-on equipment experience for applicable positions.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, assembly, or machine operation is beneficial.
- Ability to follow instructions, meet production goals, and maintain quality standards.
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods and perform job-specific physical tasks.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
