Seguin, TX
We are currently hiring entry level Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility operating on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule. We offer full training on the machines, no experience necessary. This job opportunity is located in Seguin, TX.
- Starting Pay for 1st Shift: $16.50/hr
- Starting Pay for 2nd Shift: $17.50/hr
- 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, depending on assigned shift.
The schedule includes working 2 consecutive days, followed by 2 days off, then working 3 consecutive days. The following week may include 3 consecutive days off. Flexibility to work weekends and scheduled overtime is required.
Employees will remain on the same shift throughout their employment; however, workdays will rotate based on the production schedule.
Skills and Experience
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience working in a production, warehouse, or industrial environment is a plus
- Ability to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
- Experience following safety procedures and quality standards
- Familiarity with production lines, assembly processes, or packaging equipment preferred
- Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic documentation
- Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus, but not required
- Entry-level candidates with stable work history and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
