What You’ll Do as a Customer Service Representative:
- Warmly greet customers, assist with their order needs, and provide a positive, welcoming experience.
- Learn from others as they manage cash register operations and process cash transactions for drop-offs and pick-ups.
- Assist with garment handling, including sorting, processing, and preparing clean items for delivery or customer retrieval.
- Safely operate pressing and garment care machinery to complete finishing tasks when needed.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized workspace following safety and cleaning protocols.
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Outstanding customer service and clear, professional communication skills.
- Basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail with pride in maintaining high service and quality standards.
- Ability to handle manual tasks safely, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy garment orders or equipment.
- Previous hospitality, retail, or hotel experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most!
