Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Concrete Precast Laborer with a positive attitude to join the manufacturing team. You will set up forms, work in kilns, and prepare finished precast materials for delivery in a fast-paced environment. Previous precast experience is preferred.
What You'll Do
- Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE (hard hat, steel-toe boots, safety glasses) at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Safely and effectively operate hand and power tools.
- Set up forms, work in kilns, and load or unload finished materials onto trucks.
- Work collaboratively with coworkers and supervisors to meet production goals on schedule.
Skills and Experience
- Ability to work in an environment with regular exposure to concrete dust and varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to regularly wear all required safety gear.
- Strong time-management skills and an understanding of manufacturing urgency.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects throughout the shift.
