Overview
We are currently hiring dependable and customer-focused Baristas to work in a fast-paced café environment. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, prepare beverages and food, maintain a clean work area, and work well as part of a team.
Job Duties:
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Take customer orders and answer questions about menu items.
- Maintain product quality and proper presentation.
- Keep the café, workstations, and equipment clean and organized.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Restock supplies and assist with daily café operations.
- Work closely with team members to ensure efficient service.
- Follow recipes, instructions, and company procedures.
- Complete required training and other assigned duties.
Skills and Experience
- Customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Friendly and professional attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and food safety procedures.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to safely use a step stool or ladder.
