Overview
We are seeking a Production Technician to join our team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, supporting the safe and efficient operation of our plant. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with equipment in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely load bulk tanker trucks with liquid products using a bulk loading system, hoses, and pumps.
- Fill packaged orders, including totes, drums, and pails, ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
- Perform routine plant cleaning and general housekeeping to maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks, such as PVC piping installation and hose replacement.
- Operate forklifts to move materials and products (training and certification provided if not already certified).
- Enter order and production data into a tablet or system accurately.
Skills and Experience
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Dependable and flexible with a positive work ethic.
- Mechanical aptitude or previous experience with pumps/PVC preferred.
- Technical aptitude and ability to use tablets/data entry systems.
- Basic math skills required.
- Forklift experience preferred (training/certification provided).
