Available schedules
1st Shift / Day Shift (Mon–Thu or Tue–Fri):
- 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (10-hour schedule)
- 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (10-hour schedule)
- 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (10-hour schedule)
2nd Shift (Mon–Thu or Tue–Fri):
3rd / Off-Shift (Mon–Thu or Mon–Fri):
- 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM or 5:30 PM – 3:30 AM (10-hour off-shifts)
- 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Weekend / Compressed Workweek Schedules
- Weekend Day Shift: Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Monday (5:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Weekend Night Shift: Friday to Sunday (5:00 PM – 5:00 AM or 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
What you'll do as: Kitting Operator:
- Reading and interpreting production schedules and orders
- Material handling and distribution
- Inventory management and tracking
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Basic math skills for counting and weighing items
- Receive, count, label, store, and distribute parts and components
- Update kits, production orders, shortage records, and computer systems.
Work environment and essential functions
- Regular standing, walking, and handling materials
- Occasional lifting or moving of 25-50 pounds
- Moderate noise
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- High school diploma or GED, one to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in previous work
- Strong math skills, including arithmetic with large numbers.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy in material counts and records.
