General Labor: Assist with daily production, material handling, loading, unloading, and other general labor duties as assigned.
Steel-Toed Shoes Required: Must have and wear steel-toed shoes while working.
Valid Driver’s License Required: Must have a valid driver's license with no restrictions.
Own Vehicle Required: Must have your own dependable vehicle and reliable transportation to and from work.
Overtime Availability: Must be available and willing to work up to 70 hours per week based on production needs.
12-Hour Shifts: Must be able to work scheduled 12-hour shifts and additional overtime when required.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and move materials throughout the shift.
Standing Requirements: Must be able to stand and remain active for extended periods.
Industrial Environment: Must be comfortable working around steel, production equipment, heat, noise, and other conditions associated with a galvanizing facility.
Safety Focused: Must follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
Self-Sufficient: Must be able to follow instructions, stay on task, and complete assigned duties with minimal supervision.
Team Oriented: Must be willing to work with others and support overall production goals.
Attendance and Punctuality: Must maintain dependable attendance and report to work on time and ready to work.
Flexible Schedule: Must be flexible with scheduling, overtime, weekends, and production needs.
