Overview
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing facility maintenance, equipment repairs, and the day-to-day activities of the maintenance team. This position helps ensure machinery, equipment, and facility systems are operating safely and efficiently.
The Maintenance Supervisor will lead Maintenance Technicians, coordinate preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support continuous improvement projects throughout the facility.
Shift:
Able to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd Shift or be on call
- 5am to 2:30pm
- 2:30pm to 12am
- 11pm to 6am
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of maintenance or manufacturing experience.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong experience troubleshooting industrial machinery and facility equipment.
- Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Experience with PLCs and preventative maintenance.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience using hand and power tools safely.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance priorities.
- Must have open availability Monday through Sunday.
- Must be available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as needed.
- Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours based on operational needs.
