Ōnin Staffing is hiring dependable Warehouse / Equipment Setup Laborers for a busy operation in Florence. This is a hands-on position that involves warehouse work, cleaning equipment, loading trucks, and setting up and breaking down event equipment.
A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION.
What You'll Do:
- Work in the warehouse and help keep the work area organized
- Load and unload trucks
- Clean and inspect chairs, tables, tents, and other equipment
- Prepare equipment for storage or future use
- Help set up and break down chairs, tables, tents, and other items
- Move and organize equipment as needed
- Follow instructions and safety procedures
- Assist with other general labor duties as assigned
Schedule & Pay:
- $15.00/hour
- Weekly pay through Ōnin Staffing
- Flexible schedule required
- The day will begin at 7:45am.
- Shifts may vary and may end when the day's work is completed
- Hours will vary depending on the workload
Skills and Experience
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license REQUIRED
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work for extended periods
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to follow directions and work well with a team
- Good attention to detail
- Must be willing to work weekends and varied hours
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
Dress Code:
- Plain red T-shirt
- Jeans or jean shorts
- No rips or holes
- No basketball shorts
- Closed-toe shoes (tennis shoes preferred)
- Clean, professional appearance
Previous warehouse, cleaning, delivery, setup, or general labor experience is a plus, but we're looking for dependable people who are ready to work and willing to learn.
