We are seeking a hardworking, dependable, and team-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in producing high-quality food products that meet all customer expectations, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities & Outcomes
- Quality & Compliance: Produce food products that meet all safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Strictly adhere to USDA guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and the SQF Food Safety Code for Manufacturing.
- Food Safety Standards: Maintain proper hygiene, including strict hand-washing protocols. Immediately report any food safety or quality issues to supervisors or the Quality Assurance team.
- Line Performance: Keep pace with production demands while giving your best effort to ensure overall efficiency and flow.
- Safety & Workplace Care: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times. Complete and follow all training related to safety, QA, and USDA rules.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly and effectively with your supervisor and teammates. Assist team members and supervisors when requested.
- General Duties: Flexibly assist with other operational tasks as assigned or volunteered for.
Skills and Experience
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic Skills: Proficient in basic reading, writing, and math.
- Attributes: Reliable, safety-conscious, team-focused, and possess a strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
- Lifting & Moving: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver heavy loads using a hand jack.
- Stamina & Mobility: Comfortably work standing, walking, bending, and squatting for extended periods.
- Manual Dexterity: Ability to perform fast, repetitive hand motions throughout the shift.
- Environment: Ability to work comfortably in cold, refrigerated, and frozen environments.
