What You'll Be Doing
- Safely operate powered material-handling equipment to move and organize inventory.
- Load, unload, stage, and transport warehouse materials.
- Use handheld RF scanners to track products and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
- Perform inventory counts and verify product accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Meet daily productivity and quality expectations.
- Work closely with your team to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.
Skills and Experience
What We're Looking For
- At least 12 months of warehouse or equivalent material-handling experience preferred.
- Experience operating powered warehouse equipment required.
- Comfortable using RF scanners and warehouse computer systems.
- Strong basic math and inventory-counting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to complete required pre-employment screenings.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks safely.
- Comfortable working in an active, fast-paced warehouse environment.
