Temp to Hire position
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Retail Sales & Warehouse Associate to assist with both retail sales and warehouse operations. This position requires someone who is comfortable helping customers, handling merchandise, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Skills and Experience
- Assist customers with product questions, purchases, and order pickups
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Stock, organize, and maintain merchandise
- Receive, unload, and put away incoming shipments
- Pick and prepare orders accurately
- Load and unload products as needed
- Assist with inventory counts and product organization
- Maintain a clean and safe sales floor and warehouse
- Operate warehouse equipment when trained and authorized
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies
Qualifications:
- Previous retail, warehouse, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with physical work, including standing, bending, and lifting
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
