Groundskeeper

Overview

• Maintain lawns, landscaping, and outdoor common areas.
• Mow, edge, trim, and maintain grass and landscaped areas.
• Plant, prune, and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation.
• Remove leaves, branches, weeds, and other debris.
• Operate landscaping and groundskeeping equipment safely.
• Perform routine maintenance on groundskeeping tools and equipment.
• Maintain sidewalks, walkways, and outdoor areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Assist with seasonal landscaping and property maintenance projects.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform other groundskeeping duties as assigned.
