Starting pay: $11.75/hour
💵 Pay increase available after hire-on!
What You'll Do
- Use basic hand tools to assemble and kit small parts
- Inspect finished pieces for quality and accuracy
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Track completed work using an assignment checklist
- Follow safety and production guidelines
- Help with other tasks as needed

Skills and Experience
What You'll Need
- Good attention to detail
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to perform repetitive work while maintaining accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. repeatedly
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Basic computer skills are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per day
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
- Reliable transportation
- Steel-toe boots REQUIRED
