Overview
Tool Maker. We are seeking an experienced Tool Maker to build, repair, maintain, and modify tooling, dies, fixtures, jigs, and molds used in manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong machining skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work from technical drawings and specifications to support production and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Technical or Trade School certification preferred.
- 3+ years of Tool Maker, Tool & Die Maker, or Precision Machinist experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of machining practices, tooling materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read blueprints and work with close tolerances.
- Proficiency with precision measuring instruments.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
