Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, grind, and prime vehicle surfaces to remove rust, old paint, and imperfections. Applying seam sealer in between welds.
Masking: Cover and protect parts, windows, and trim that should not be painted using masking
tape and paper.
Color Matching and Mixing: Match exact paint shades using manufacturer specifications and mix paint formulas.
Paint Application: Spray primer, base coats, and clear coats evenly using professional spray guns.
Inspection and Finishing: Inspect painted areas for runs, sags, or flaws, and perform buffing and polishing for a smooth finish.
Sand blasting and powder coating as needed.

Experience: High school diploma plus 1 to 4 years of hands-on auto body or painting experience, or completion of a technical trade school program.
Skills: Strong hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, color perception, and knowledge of safety protocols (including respirator use).
