Job Description
Warehouse Team Members will be cross-trained in multiple areas of the operation, helping with production, packaging, stacking, and general warehouse duties. This is an active position that requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently throughout the day.
Responsibilities include:
- Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Stack, move, and prepare products for shipment
- Operate and assist with production and packaging equipment
- Ensure products are properly stacked, packaged, and prepared
- Follow safety and quality standards
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Learn and perform multiple warehouse functions through cross-training
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, safety-minded, and ready to learn. You should be comfortable working on your feet and performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Able to lift and handle bags weighing approximately 10–22 lbs.
- Comfortable with repetitive lifting, swinging, stacking, and physical movement
- Able to work at a steady pace in a production environment
- Dependable and committed to showing up and working hard
- Willing to learn multiple positions and take on new responsibilities
- Works well with others and follows directions
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
- Forklift operation opportunities are available as teammates demonstrate reliability, safety, and proficiency in their other assigned duties
