We are currently hiring a Welder to join our team in Albuquerque! This position is a great opportunity for someone with welding experience who enjoys hands-on manufacturing and working with metal.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform MIG welding on commercial door components and assemblies
- Read and follow basic measurements, drawings, and work instructions
- Weld, grind, and finish metal components
- Assemble and fabricate commercial door products
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Safely operate welding equipment and hand tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
Skills and Experience

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous welding experience preferred
- MIG welding experience is a plus
- Ability to read a tape measure and work with basic measurements
- Comfortable working with metal and hand tools
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work with your hands throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
