We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team. This position is primarily outdoors and requires individuals who are comfortable performing physically demanding work, including frequent heavy lifting and manual labor.
Skills and Experience
- Must be able to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy materials repeatedly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in hot, cold, and changing weather conditions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
