Overview
Ōnin Staffing is hiring Production Assembly Team Members in Anderson, Missouri. This position is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing high-quality products.
Monday-Thursday, overtime on Friday as needed
5:00am - 3:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts and components according to work instructions
- Use hand and power tools safely and correctly
- Read basic blueprints, diagrams, and production orders
- Measure, align, and fasten components accurately
- Inspect finished products for quality and proper assembly
- Meet daily production and quality expectations
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Assist in other production areas as needed
Skills and Experience
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Experience using hand and power tools is helpful
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required, with or without reasonable accommodation
