Seeking reliable, detail-oriented Assembly Technicians to join manufacturing team. This role is ideal for motivated individuals thriving in a dynamic, high-volume production environment.
First Shift: $17.90 per hour | 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM Second Shift: $19.40 per hour | 7:00 PM – 3:45 AM
Overtime: Anticipate up to 2 hours of daily overtime based on production demands
Precision Assembly: Build automotive seats and components according to standardized technical instructions
Tool Operation: Utilize specialized hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Quality Assurance: Inspect finished parts to ensure full compliance with quality and safety standards
Workspace Management: Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment
Target Delivery: Meet strict production quotas within a fast-paced environment
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for prolonged periods and execute heavy lifting tasks
Operational Agility: Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-demand manufacturing facility
Reliability: Strong attendance record and dependable transportation
