Overview
Operate pasteurizers, batch products and mixes, and manage milk and mix press operations. Responsibilities include performing cream loadouts, maintaining equipment cleanliness, sanitizing tanks and associated areas, and managing ingredient inventory. Accuracy in documentation, chart recording, and completion of all required paperwork is essential. Candidates must be flexible and willing to assist in other areas as needed, with the understanding that work days and hours may be subject to change based on business requirements.
Skills and Experience
- Experience analyzing and troubleshooting process data and equipment performance data to improve quality and throughput.
- Basic math competency required to perform calculations.
- Overtime and working on holidays is often required.
- Experience within the food and beverage industry preferred.
